PSQuote Summer Release ’23 Video Overview

The PSQuote Summer 2023 release is here. There are features for existing and new clients alike. Many features center around improvements to the PSQuote document generation capabilities as well as making the user experience better by allowing seamless updates and offering an easier way to compare quotes. Plus we’ve heard your valuable feedback about task creation and improved this feature as well.

Watch the video to learn about these enhancements designed to make PSQuote even easier to use.

1. Document Builder – make doc creation even smoother with these new features:
   • The “add new content” button lets you effortlessly add new sections anywhere
   • You can delete content directly from the document builder tab
   • There’s now a “drag-and-drop” capability to re-organize sections easily
   • Include the quote line label to make documents more intuitive
   • Customize text headings to match your style
   • Add tables for margin summary, hours summary, and more
   • Auto-generate Word documents from quote documents and keep them in sync
   • “Show full-screen” button with just one click for easier editing
2. The Compare Quotes feature is your tool for side-by-side comparison of two different quotes all in one place.
3. Managing tasks is more convenient. We’ve introduced a save & sync feature so you can save tasks and update LOE hours or quote hours in one step.
4. And we’ve listened to your feedback about Task Creation. Now you can create “offering” specific templates for tasks.
