PSQuote Winter ’24 Release Overview Video

We’re excited about the PSQuote Winter 2024 release. Keeping with the “better together theme” – we’re leveraging Salesforce Flow Actions. In this release with Salesforce Flow and PSQuote, now you have access to dynamic workflows, Guided Selling and advanced automation.

This release is jammed packed with new features for new and existing clients alike. Watch the video to see the new features in action or scroll down to see at a glance what’s included.

Note: the video above covers enhancements from both Spring ’24 and Winter ’24.

Salesforce Flow Actions

Leverage the power of Salesforce Flows + PSQuote for guided selling, dynamic workflow and advanced use cases when Adding Labor, Adding Materials, Editing Labor or Materials and using Custom Actions.

Screen Flows can be used when adding Labor or Material, and can be configured such that different Screen Flows can apply to different Offerings or Quotes, allowing for a more dynamic user experience when building out the details of a Quote.

Available Flow Actions:

• ‘Add Labor’ & ‘Add Material’ Screen Flow Actions
• ‘More’ Flow Action Overrides
• Quote & Offering Specific Flow Actions
• Custom Actions can launch Flows

These screen flows can be configured in your org and adjusted by a Salesforce Admin as needed to align with your business requirements. Here’s an example screenflow in PSQuote.

Enhanced Data Tables for Labor & Materials

Also included in this release are New Enhanced Data Tables for Labor & Materials that allow you to:

• Add custom fields as columns
• Mass update & mass delete labor/material records
• Easily see unsaved changes (now they are highlighted)
• Reorder or hide standard fields

Other Enhancements

Additional enhancements include updates to the core features as well.

• Quote Builder – ability to apply discount percent % by Quote Line
• Task Quoting – now the Gantt is read-only if Quote is Locked along with other performance enhancements
• Billing Schedule enhancements around the auto-calculation of the milestone amount
