PSQuote Spring ’24 Release Overview Video

The PSQuote Spring 2024 release is here. There are features for existing and new clients alike. Many of the new and enhanced features center around the PSQuote Quote Builder capabilities.

Our goal is to provide the best user experience adding features that save time and making it easier to view information at a glance. These small features such as enhanced data tables, additional lookups, and additional configuration settings offer greater flexibility to tailor PSQuote to your services business. Plus we’ve heard your valuable feedback adding in minor updates to make the user interface better.

Here are a few of the Quote Builder enhancements:

• Separate Action Buttons for ‘Clone to New Quote’ and ‘Copy Related Items’
• Opportunity Line Sync – Setting to disable Opportunity Line auto-deletion when Primary Quote changes
• New ‘Material Price Book’ lookup field on Professional Service Quote Material object
• Add Default Values to Labor and Material key Fields
• Enhanced Data table – Summary Totals for Task Hours & Scheduled Hours
• Enhanced Data Table – Labor Role picklist – type ahead searching
• Enhanced Data Table – Custom columns setup to be editable based on another field or formula will always be read-only when the quote is locked
• Refresh Quote UI with Flow Output Variable

Additionally, as with every release, there are also metadata enhancements happening under the covers to make this unmanaged package easy to use and understand.
